Our debut
In 2015, Kenny Joseph conceived the idea of developing a sparkling lemonade with a distinct flavor derived from a fruit he enjoyed during his childhood—a flavor that has been difficult to find in recent years. He began purchasing this particular fruit from local fruit stores to create his own beverages. Since then, he has been working to replicate that authentic flavor in a commercially produced beverage. In March 2019, Foreign Beverages Ltd was established to bring this vision to fruition.
Searching for answers in the middle of chaos
We are seeking individuals who can assist us in developing a product aligned with our vision and the specific flavor profiles we desire.
Taste and test
Conducting product testing and collaborating with our consultants to refine the process.
Juice bar storefront
We developed a promising formula and decided to test its effectiveness. To do so, we opened a juice bar to allow customers to sample the products and provide honest feedback.
Storefront closure
In the middle of COVID-19, the bills piling up, serioues cashlfow problems and despite not wanting to close shop. The choice was pretty obvious. We needed to close shop.
Back to R&D
We have continued investing in the research and development of our formulas and are actively seeking to establish partnerships with potential business collaborators and suppliers.
Storefront reopening
We planned to open a second storefront, as we believe that the COVID-19 pandemic may have impacted the performance of our first location.
Storefront closure
Unfortunately, the business did not go as expected, requiring us to revisit the matter a second time.
Back to R&D
Following our second storefront closure, we concentrated on refining our beverage formulations.
Submission to OCS
After completing product development and ensuring compliance with federal regulations, we are now prepared to submit our cannabis-infused product to the OCS.
First production run
Following approval from OCS, we have initiated our first production run of Bleezy, our cannabis-infused beverage scheduled to launch in June 2026 in Ontario.
On going R&D
Final adjustments are being made to our Fraisto Lemonade which is scheduled for launch in Summer 2026.
